Introductie

Met deze Privacy Verklaring informeert NLRESEARCH u over waarom wij uw persoonsgegevens nodig hebben, hoe wij deze verwerken en beschermen en hoe u uw privacyrechten kunt uitoefenen. Wij gaan zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens en zorgen ervoor zeker altijd in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) te handelen.

NLRESEARCH waardeert de interesse die u in ons bedrijf, onze producten en diensten hebt getoond door uw bezoek aan onze website www.NLRESEARCH.com of verwante communicatiekanalen, zoals onze sociale media en/of kanalen en blogs. NLRESEARCH, gevestigd in Wageningen, is een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is op het gebied van de fabricage van camerasystemen voor het afbeelden van hele planten op chlorofyl fluorescentie, multispectrale kleur en groen/rood fluorescentie eiwit/proteine(GFP/RFP).

Deze algemene verklaring heeft betrekking op alle persoonsgegevens die NLRESEARCH kan vastleggen tijdens uw contacten met NLRESEARCH, zoals wanneer u onze websites bezoekt, contact met ons opneemt, enzovoort.

Wij zullen u een specifieke Kennisgeving presenteren op het moment dat wij meer persoonsgegevens van u nodig hebben. Hierin staat dan onder andere precies vermeld welke gegevens we van u vragen, voor welk doel wij die nodig hebben, hoe we ze beschermen, hoe lang we ze bewaren, met wie we ze delen en wat uw rechten zijn, onder meer om deze gegevens in te zien, te corrigeren en aan te vullen en te laten verwijderen.

Hiervoor zijn er twee manieren, een waarbij u actief bent en een waarbij u passief bent. U kunt uw persoonsgegevens actief op meerdere manieren met NLRESEARCH delen, zoals:

• Een klantenformulier invullen

• Communiceren met NLRESEARCH, bijvoorbeeld via e-mail of telefoon met een van de medewerkers van NLRESEARCH.

Als u uw internet browser zodanig instelt, dat deze cookies accepteert, kunt u bepaalde persoonsgegevens, zoals uw IP adres passief met ons delen. Wij halen die gegevens dan op zonder dat u daarvoor actie behoeft te ondernemen.

Met wie delen wij uw persoonlijke gegevens?

Uw gegevens worden door ons niet gecombineerd, uitgeleend, verhuurd of verkocht, noch op een andere manier gedeeld of openbaar gemaakt. NLRESEARCH zal persoonsgegevens alleen vrijgeven op uw uitdrukkelijk verzoek of indien dit wettelijk is vereist. Waar NLRESEARCH gebruik maakt van Verwerkers zijn deze contractueel gebonden tot geheimhouding.

Wat zijn uw privacy rechten?

Nadat u uw persoonsgegevens met ons hebt gedeeld, blijven ze uw eigendom. In de Kennisgeving informeren wij u over uw precieze rechten; u heeft altijd recht uw gegevens in te zien, zodat u deze kunt laten bijwerken en wijzigen. Maar in de meeste gevallen kunt u ook uw gegevens laten verwijderen, ons verzoeken de verwerking te beperken of bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking. Als wij u gevraagd hebben om toestemming bij het verzamelen van persoonsgegevens, kunt u die toestemming later altijd weer intrekken. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?

De gegevens die u met ons deelt bewaren wij niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk. Hoe lang dat is hangt af van het doel waarvoor wij de gegevens nodig hebben. Bij elke verwerking van persoonsgegevens vermelden wij het doel en de bewaartermijn in de Kennisgeving.

Hoe we uw persoonlijke gegevens beschermen

Wij erkennen onze verantwoordelijkheid voor de bescherming van de persoonsgegevens die u ons toevertrouwt, tegen verlies, misbruik en ongeoorloofde toegang. NLRESEARCH maakt gebruik van verschillende beveiligingstechnologieën en organisatorische procedures voor de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens. Zo bewaren wij dossiers in afgesloten kasten, is ons personeel getraind in de omgang met persoonsgegevens en zijn laptops en smartphones beveiligd.

Wijzigingen in deze privacyverklaring

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze privacyverklaring van tijd tot tijd te wijzigen of aan te vullen en plaatsen eventuele herziene versies op onze websites. We plaatsen dan een opvallende melding op onze homepage en geven aan wanneer de verklaring voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.

Waar en hoe kunt u een klacht indienen?

Indien u nog vragen mocht hebben over het privacy beleid van NLRESEARCH, dan kunt u contact met ons opnemen. Cookie Verklaring van NLRESEARCH B.V.

Wij maken op deze website gebruik van cookies. Een cookie is een eenvoudig klein bestandje dat met pagina’s van deze website wordt meegestuurd; sommige cookies kunnen door uw browser worden opgeslagen. Sessie cookies

Sociale media

Op onze website komt u een link naar de NLRESEARCH pagina op LinkedIn tegen. Na het aanklikken van deze link landt u op de pagina, die NLRESEARCH op het betreffende platform heeft. U kunt dan desgewenst inloggen met uw wachtwoord voor dit platform en ‘Volgen’ aanklikken. Afhankelijk van uw instellingen zult u dan op de hoogte worden gehouden van nieuwe posts van NLRESEARCH op dit platform. Het platform stuurt ook een melding met uw accountnaam naar NLRESEARCH. NLRESEARCH weet dan, dat u ons op dit platform volgt en kan uw publieke profiel op dit platform bekijken. NLRESEARCH is gebonden aan het privacy beleid van Sociale Media waaraan zij deelneemt en beveelt u aan hun privacy verklaringen door te nemen.

With this Privacy Notice NLRESEARCH intends to inform you about why we need your personal information, what we use it for, how we protect it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. We handle personal information with care and always make sure to adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

NLRESEARCH appreciates the interest you have taken in our company, our products and our services by visiting our website, www.NLRESEARCH.com, or affiliated channels of communication such as our social media and/or blogs.

NLRESEARCH, situated in Wageningen, specializes in the manufacturing of camera systems for imaging whole plants on chlorophyll fluorescence, multispectral, color and green/red fluorescence protein (GFP/RFP).

We acknowledge our responsibility to protect the personal information you entrust us with against loss, abuse and unauthorized access. NLRESEARCH uses different security technologies and organizational procedures to protect your personal information. For example, the files are kept in closed filing cabinets, our staff is trained to handle personal information, and all laptops and smartphones are encrypted.

We reserve the right to update or add to this Privacy Notice from time to time, and will post any updated versions on our websites. We will place a conspicuous notice on our home page and will indicate when the Notice was last updated.

On our website you will find a link to the NLRESEARCH LinkedIn page. Clicking the link will redirect you to LinkedIn . If you wish, you can log in and click the ‘Follow’ button. Depending on your settings you will then receive updates when there are new posts on the NLRESEARCH LinkedIn page. LinkedIn will also send NLRESEARCH your account name.
